Kayak Exercise Classes
Kayak Exercise is an activity that offers anyone with
interest the opportunity to combine a fantastic work out
with simple to advanced kayaking techniques. Start your
day with an invigorating on-water class!
Our schedule is designed to provide you with the
opportunity to have a morning work-out and then leave
you with enough time to refresh before heading off to
work.

Introductory Skills Building Class:
Due to the “paddle friendly” design of our
kayak-exercise boats, you do not need to be proficient
in kayaking to participate. We do however, require that
you take an introductory skills building class which
will introduce you to the skills used, the course
structure and provide you with a feel of what
kayak-exercise is all about.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday (endurance paddle) morning 6:30am-7:45am
Wednesday evening 7pm-8:30pm – Intro Skill Building
Class (includes 1 morning class)
